Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using PrintCraft Pro’s services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Our services include custom printing solutions for corporate clients in Delhi NCR and Lucknow regions.
Service Description
PrintCraft Pro provides premium custom printing services including:
- Premium coffee mugs with custom designs and logos
- Executive corporate apparel and t-shirts
- Luxury notebooks and professional stationery
- Designer pens and promotional items
- Corporate caps and headwear
- Custom printing solutions as per client requirements
Order Requirements
Minimum Order Quantity
All orders must meet a minimum quantity of 25 pieces per product type. This ensures optimal pricing and production efficiency for our clients.
Orders are subject to availability and confirmation by PrintCraft Pro. We reserve the right to refuse orders that don’t meet our quality standards or minimum requirements.
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change
- Payment terms are 50% advance and 50% before delivery
- Additional charges may apply for rush orders or special requirements
- Taxes and delivery charges are additional unless specified
- Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved methods
Delivery Policy
Delhi NCR
Express delivery available within 2-3 business days for standard orders.
Lucknow & Pan India
Standard delivery within 5-7 business days depending on location.

Intellectual Property
Clients must ensure they have the right to use any logos, designs, or copyrighted material provided for printing. PrintCraft Pro is not responsible for any copyright infringement issues arising from client-provided content.
Limitation of Liability
PrintCraft Pro’s liability is limited to the value of the products ordered. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or services.
