  • Manufacturing defects or quality issues
  • Incorrect product specifications delivered
  • Printing errors or color variations beyond acceptable range
  • Damaged products during shipping
  • Missing items from bulk orders
  • Products not meeting approved design specifications

Not Eligible for Return

  • Change of mind or design preference
  • Incorrect size selection by customer
  • Products approved by customer in digital proof
  • Custom printed items without manufacturing defects
  • Products used or washed by customer
  • Orders placed more than 7 days ago without quality issues

Due to the custom nature of our printing services, returns are only accepted for quality-related issues. All designs are pre-approved by customers through digital proofs before production begins.

Return Process & Timeline

Report Issue (Within 48 Hours)

Contact our returns team immediately upon receiving your order if you notice any quality issues.

Documentation & Review

Provide clear photos of the issue and order details. Our quality team will review within 24 hours.

Return Authorization

Once approved, we'll provide return shipping labels and pickup arrangements at no cost to you.

Resolution & Replacement

Choose between full refund or replacement. Replacements are prioritized and shipped within 3-5 business days.

  • Bank Transfer/UPI: 3-5 business days after return confirmation

Damage During Shipping

Immediate Action Required

If your package arrives damaged, please take the following steps immediately:

  1. Do not accept delivery if packaging is visibly damaged
  2. If already accepted, photograph the damaged package and contents
  3. Contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos
  4. Keep all packaging materials for inspection
  5. File complaint with courier company (we’ll assist you)
